Being "FIT" doesn't mean you work out for a while and eat right just so you can reach a goal, then give it all up and go back to eating junk and sitting on the couch watching tv! It's a COMPLETE LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
At age 22, I was in size 22 jeans. At age 42, I ran a 5k in Red Lodge, Montana. It was a long, hard twenty years in between, losing a few pounds here, gaining a few back here, dedication for a few months, then losing my will for a few more. I tried cutting carbs, cutting fat, I tried supplements and fad diets. The only consistent success I have had has been in the last six years, when I learned that a combination of whole, unprocessed foods with a structured exercise program can keep the weight off while providing me with a food plan I can live with the rest of my life.
I will forever be grateful for these lessons I have learned- and I will continue to be active and eat healthy the rest of my life. Not because I HAVE TO... But because that's who I CHOOSE TO BE! I am no longer a yo-yo dieter. I no longer eat food that makes it harder for my body to do what it naturally does- heal itself and maintain balance! I relish the fact that my body is strong and capable, and I want to keep it that way for a long, long time! More than that, I want to set an example and show others how to do the same thing. So if I can show YOU how to live your BEST LIFE, message me and let's get started!!
I want YOU to have the same success that I have achieved!! I want YOU to have a before and after picture!! I want YOU to be that success story that other people find inspirational!!
